Title: "Kleine Fahrt, 50 Umdrehungen"

When I Push "1", I hear the Kaleu ordering "Kleine Fahrt, 50 Umdrehungen",
but this does apparently not work correctly.

If it did,the speed would go down to less than 1 knot.

Oh, I cannot tell you how much I would use this function - if only it worked right.

Where are the speed settings configured?

I found something very old: Payoff's Silent Speed mod. (Gameplay modification)

And to answer your question: That is simple.

If the .cfg mentions
"MaxSpeed=17.2"

I would propose a factor of 0,07 to get approx 1,2 knots
