FINALLY! DEFADM_GSNM() has a new structured data-table to evaluate the statistics from DEFO Updated DEFADM_module_APBP() Updated DEFADM_module_GSNM()

- Also just finished an update to our PBP-stuff, you get +1 APBP for running DEFO, we really need more stats
and several members ignore the demand and do not run DEFO. Well, they are going to miss points now.

Module_GSNM takes care of all the incoming stats, sorts them, removes duplicates and saves data matching the defined thresholds to our server.

And I created a short menu selection

Taking the consequences of the incredible unreliable behaviour of the next two GFX-men (JackShit and XianLung) who both initially did something, but then left me hanging & waiting for updates for >2months and then either did not respond at all or came with flimsy excuses as to why they refused to write a simple oneliner.

After 12 full-versions and countless updates module_SFSF() seems to work stable so I am now shortening the code and integrating it into S3F with one external wrapper/call-exe just like I did with S3Q and module_DAPP()

I have moved and integrated the whole documentation into the documentation that everybody should follow from now on...: S3F
Now going to complete the code-inclusion just the way I have just done it for S3Q...

2 months alpha testing show the code-inclusion functioning properly, so
we can now go public-beta with the next S3F-version.
