Visibility and weather extremely poor, except for the first day (image abive). Since then heavy rain and fog.
Taken by surprise on surface while recharging batteries. Light damage sustained from DC-attacks. However conning tower almost completely
destroyed, all flak and periscopes destroyed. Two eels left. No casualties on crew luckily.

Therefore request to break-off attack for repairs in home port.

When leaving the Biskaya, we were alerted about an airplane, but for a change it was German:

Further patrol was so far uneventful, a trawler was sunk with only 2 hits:

Took the time and brushed up my Kommandant-thread.

Old time orders files missing, because we went to use DEFORD.
If I find the files, I put them in. If not, who cares anyway.
That one video (which was a historic one), was censored by Youtube.
