Operation Paukenschlag - Phase III-B - During Patrol Report

This patrol has been extremely successful with the annihilation of a small unescorted tanker convoy. A second similar convoy was encountered. However,
with only 3 eels remaining, we were only able to take out one tanker. Grid ED12 is an excellent operational area to attack enemy shipping due to the
narrow choke point where the merchants must traverse. 

Current HI = 100%
Eels = 8 of 22 
Fuel = 100%

We are returning to ED12 for further hunting unless directed otherwise.

attack enemy shipping. With BdU/FdU's permission, we will again return to this area for further hunting.

Confirmation on both! DEFADM has reported no errors.

Just one remark: Your patrols get shorter and shorter, did you notice?

And one question: What is "Phase III-C ?" - I only know "Phase III"

Yes, if you recall, these are shorter due to being able to only load 8 eels from the milchkuh. So, heading back to the area of operations will last until those eels are expended, then return to U-117 or Lorient, depending upon in-game dates. In that target rich environment, 8 eels do not last long, at all.

As far as the A, B & C - I use these to reflect each part of Phase III since we have to report/close out QPFR each time we dock with U-117. At a glance, will be easier to understand. It is for me, at least. So, in this case Phase III-C indicates the third time reporting QPFR and docking with U-117.
