II. YOUR DYNAMIC SIGNATUREYou picked it, we fill it with content! We expect that you wear it with proud! We run a program for AUTOMATIC-GENERATED-SIGNATURES that writes the text and awards into it. Everytime you report a patrol, your signature will be updated with personal data and medals etc., you will see. You MUST therefore use this following procedure PRECISELY. But it is VERY easy
if only followed correctly:

IV. IMPORTANTTeamspeak is important! Communication is essential! We expect that you talk to us and BE AROUND. This is not a child care center, this is an ELITE group. So present due diligence and act Elite!
We have made very bad experiences with ignorant members who did not bother to get things right, which is actually TOTALLY EASY because we provide you with everything necessary. The result of their ignorance always was that their threads looked abandonned because their pictures expired. N-O-B-O-D-Y wants to sit down on saturday evenings and spend extra hours to clean after people who are just plain lazy or careless - and you would not want to know how often people joined who habitually put that useless makework onto our tables - for nothing, no thanks, no donation, nada.
This might sound harsh and rude, but it has never worked in more "polite words": If done wrong and pictures disappear, because you ignore our help, we delete your thread. Easy as that. So get your act together, it is really easy and we do not want to "refry beans" here!
There is much to read and many new options to you. Take your time and remember we all make mistakes, I (Blitzkrieg) probably make the most. But in case you encounter any problems or have any questions, please use your own brain first and try to find a solution in the documentation that we gave you. In any case, do not write mails back and forth, come and talk on Teamspeak or ask in the Buero of the Flottillenchef.
V. CONSIDERATE BEHAVIOUR & CODE OF CONDUCTYou are to present considerate behaviour: Nobody is going to chop your head off if you burp once, but if you habitually and regularly do that, everybody else surely WILL get annoyed. The same applies to alcohol consumption, while we do not judge what you do at home, we certainly do not tolerate "liquored-up players" and drunkards. We have already survived Poske/xvii, Blueduck/LSH, Urmel/LSH and KapitanDeepblue/Deep Raiders. NO MORE! YOU WILL BE KICKED FROM OUR GAME-SERVER IF FOUND DRUNK OR HIGH!
 We DO:
- keep touch
- show activity - REGULARLY!
- report in at least once every 30 days
- do our best to represent DEF as place of brimming activity BY POSTING
- put our possible-TS3-times into the calendar - REGULARLY!
- during or after that meeting we set that calendar entry to (example):
"2100 CET BK + MA + VS", indicating WHEN and WHO talked | |  We DO NOT:
- simply wait until someone else does what is necessary
- ignore group roll-calls, these are compulsory reading!
- simply ignore messages directed at us or drop out without saying a word
- suppport our direct antagonists (enemies almost like SuSi) financially !  |

But we cannot do more than writing up help-documents and giving the forum a clean structure.
