...is doing STAFF Side Of Work: HOWTO Add Mission-Files To S3MA?
...is portraying FDU/BDU and do that work, i.e. write orders (with or without DEFORD) and BdU-reactions for the Kommandanten?
...is updating the calendar by posting the usual MEET&GREET-meetings etc?
...is going to BE on those meetings?
...is drumming up and reminding members that there ARE meetings to attend?
...is updating scores, roster and the world-map?
...is keeping our log-files up-to-date
...is managing members, their awards and progress?
...is checking new applications and importing their data to our userdata base?
...is creating the Kommandant-threads with the assignment and all the data?
...is managing the picture-slots on "DEFPiX"?
...is managing the user accounts on our DEFLAN?
...is validating and adding missions to the S3MA?
...is creating MF-accounts for the Kommandanten and instructing them how to use them(for pictures and for what at all)?
and so on and so on and so on.
Who will be doing all this in a REGULAR manner? Blitz has been doing all that and more and has thrown the towel after 7 years of running this group alone.
To me, it seems only consequent that he got burnt out eventually, because everybody else brings excuses for not helping out.
