Warning!
Users on lamer-forums (e.g. SuSi) would get their panties in a bind
and run alert because they're always afraid.
But in case you're fed up being treated like a baby by your own computer
it's as easy as this:
go to start and in the search type "msconfig"
and open the program
then go to the "tools" tab
scroll down to "disable UAC"
youll have to restart for it to take effect, it wont turn on unless you re-enable it
